Return Policy

Goods purchased from Batho Cash And Carry will be exchanged if they meet the returns and refunds policy requirements. 
Goods that are returned to Batho Cash And Carry needs to be returned within a 7 day period from the date on the receipt.  
 
Goods that are brought to be returned need to have the proof of purchase when brought into the store. 
Goods that are returned need to be in their correct packaging with all the elements of the product repackaged and in the condition that it was purchased.
 
 

With regards to appliances please ask in store at the time of purchase about warranty on the appliance purchased. 
When are warranties exempted?  
 

When appliances purchased are damaged – 
* by lightning or power surges
 
 
* by misuse or abuse to the goods or contrary to the instructions and warnings provided on the goods or their documentation 
 
* using goods for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were intended
 
 
* accidental damage
 
 
* goods that have been altered or physically changed in any way
